Delivered at TAKE 2026, Lisbon (July 2026). The argument: as intelligence becomes abundant, the scarce resource becomes verification — and the organisations that win the next decade will be those that can prove what their systems produce, not those with the most capable models. The thesis behind the Octopus Protocol.
The book-length development of the governance framework: how organisations should structure multi-agent AI systems so that accountability, provenance, and human judgement survive automation. The framework's working principles are published now as a CCAIE Foundation document.
How knowledge management and innovation systems apply to entrepreneurship with social purpose — the research foundation for CCAIE's hybrid foundation-and-services model.
